Whether you are just getting started or would like to consider new savings options, Century Bank offers a variety of savings accounts that can suit your needs.

The rate of interest will vary depending on the minimum balance maintained during the month.

Regular Savings Account*

This account is designed for those who want to earn interest but maintain smaller balances. There is a $5 monthly maintenance fee if the balance drops below $200. Withdrawals, which include ATM, ACH or other electronic transactions, are limited to 6 per quarter. Withdrawals exceeding 6 per quarter will cost $5 each. A $10 fee may be imposed on any account closed within 6 months of account opening.

Minor Savings Account*

This account is available for children under the age of 18. The account must be set up using the child's social security number. There is no minimum balance requirement and no monthly maintenance fee. Withdrawals exceeding 2 per quarter will cost $5 each. ATM transactions are not permitted. A $10 fee may be imposed on any account closed within 6 months of account opening.

Christmas Club Account*

This account is ideal for setting aside money for Christmas, vacation or taxes. Deposits are conveniently transferred from an existing account with Century Bank and Trust. Partial withdrawals are not permitted. A $10 fee will be imposed on any account closed prior to maturity. ATM transactions are not permitted.
